Private Dining Room - Dinner Events
Five Courses - $45.00 per person
Thank you for your interest in our Private Dining Room for your upcoming
event. We will strive to do everything possible to ensure your expectations
are met. Attached are copies of our Dinner menu, Dessert menu and Wine lists
for your perusal.
A Few Details about our Facilities:
The Private Dining Room has a maximum capacity of 42 people.
There is a $675.00 minimum charge to reserve the Private
Dining Room for a dinner event. (This is exclusive of taxes and gratuity and includes use of the private dining room and a five course meal for up to 15 guests. There is a
$45.00 charge per each additional guest.) There is a two-hundred dollar
deposit required upon reserving, which will be deducted from the bill the
night of the event. (We ask that there is a minimum of 14 days for notice of cancellation, anything less may result in the loss of the deposit).
We require confirmation of the number of guests 48 hours prior to the event
and reserve the right to charge for that number when a decrease occurs.
Applicable taxes and a 15% gratuity will be added to the bill.
From the attached Dinner Menu, please choose three of the Main Course
selections and one of the Desserts to offer to your guests.
If wine is being offered with Dinner we ask that you make your selections
ahead of time as well.
If possible, please notify us of any food allergies or restricted dietary
needs and we will do everything we can to offer alternatives.
The flow of the evening will be structured around your specific
requirements. If your function involves a meeting or presentation we will
discuss the course of events ahead of time to ensure everything goes
according to your agenda.
The Private Dining Room can be set up with a number of different table
patterns. We can discuss which way is best for your event. (A "U", 'square' or
boardroom style table arrangement provides seating for a maximum of 24 guests.
